Community Action School Based Health Center has been serving the students and families of Mathis, Texas, providing accessible, high-quality healthcare in an environment where young people already feel safe.
Our team of licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health specialists understands the unique health needs of school-age children and adolescents.
